CAREER CENTER
The Career Centre along with the Training Centre and Media Centre is one of the structural subdivisions of the Bureau of Continuing Professional Development. The main goal of the Career Centre is the creation of a reserve pool of 50,000 specialists with subsequent employment, the provision of services for finding and recruiting staff and company-participants of AIFC, as well as providing outsourcing and outstaffing services. Our deadline for the implementation of these training and development tasks is set for the end of 2020.
Assiya Karibay
Head of the Career Center of the Bureau for Continuing Professional Development of AIFC. She holds a bachelor’s degree from KIMEP University, major in International Relations and minor in Public Administration and also received a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Nazarbayev University.
She has more than 13 years of experience in the field of human resource management in various organizations: BTA Bank and Tsesnabank, in the industrial sector (KATKO), as well as in the leading brewing company Carlsberg Kazakhstan.
Thanks to academic background and professional experience of working in various business sectors, Assiya and the Career Center team are making an important contribution to the realization of the tasks and further development of the Career Center of the Bureau for Continuing Professional Development of AIFC.
